I walked in last Saturday and noticed that it was quite busy. I had quite a few questions as this was the first time I would be looking into home renovations/updates. Not only did I receive such wonderful advice and recommendations, I feel as though I made new friends. The woman, I believe was the manager, was courteous and so patient with me. She managed the floor so well and was able to help myself and be available to help staff too. I could go on about how positive my experience was, but I'll leave it at: I'm just making my final decisions on which tiles to choose and will be returning to this stone distributor. I look forward to seeing the staff again.
We recently purchased tile for our master bathroom remodel and also tile for the foyer. Our showroom consultant was wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful. We had some communication after our order was placed and she was always quick to answer and help with my questions and accommodate my requests. The showroom was also beautiful, so much to pick from! Everyone here was so helpful. Long story short, I fired my tile contractor and needed to buy more tiles and they sold to me directly with a 20% discount! My manager and the rest of the staff were so helpful and so friendly. Great customer service!
Visited the store last weekend and was surprised at the level of service I received. The lady helping me asked a lot of pertinent questions to help me find the product that would suit my needs. I was provided with a wide range of options, which was very helpful since renovations can be a stressful endeavor. The store was very organized and clean and in general felt like everybody knew what they were doing. I would definitely come back again, this is definitely the best tile store I have ever been at.
