(July 4, 2023, 3:23 pm)I ordered a 4 piece dinner. My order was off.. The manager came to the window and asked if everything was o.k he listened and gave me a whole new order. His name is Mr.Telly I hope that is correct. His whole demeanor and customer service is amazing… I drove 2 hrs to visit my daughter that went into premature labor while on vacation. As a person that is big on customer service. All I can say sir is thank you!!!! If I am ever down here I will visit this Popeyes. Shout to the young lady that took my order .. so pleasant…once again thank you

(June 21, 2023, 10:48 am)I want to share my experience. Amazing customer service and manager. We were having issues with our delivery services one evening. When I called the Manahawkin location to ask if my couple of orders were received. I found out they were not. Their manager went above and beyond to help, and he brought our dinner to our house himself. This was our first experience with any Popeyes, and I can't express enough how great this location is and the helpful response of their manager. Thank you for making my Friday night easier. So appreciated!!! Highly recommend!

This is my favorite restaurant and it awesome that they are finally close to me! Food is fresh!
I even got my food fast and my order was correct!
The place was clean and the manager as well as the workers were kind and welcoming.
Not sure why people would say this place is dirty or have bad management because they don’t.
Also, food wasn’t cold.
Everyone makes mistakes.
Sometimes places have their bad days.
Be more understanding.
And they are here to serve you, not give a parade when you show up.
