  I bought my pool and my hot tub from Van Brill. Over the years, I have had nothing but a great working relationship with them. Last Friday, I had a problem and it required a service call. Phil and the other guy, whose name escapes me so sorry, went above and beyond to help me solve the problem!
  This company always keeps cost to a minimum and stands by their work!!

  This summer we switched to Van Brill after our terrible experience with our prior pool servicing company and couldn’t be happier with the decision. Our pool has been running better and cleaner than it has in a long time. Van Brill has been professional, diligent, knowledgeable and fair - really could not ask for more. Based on our experience thus far, would highly recommend.

  I don't normally write reviews, but my experience with Van Brill is worth writing. Van Brill did an amazing job on my pool project, from start to finish they were great. The got my pool finished in a few months stuck to timelines and communicated with me through the whole process. In addition I meet some amazing contractors that were able to do other jobs for me as well. Mike the owners son was great he stayed on the project and made sure it got completed when I needed it done. 5 star plus

  I needed a liner on short notice in order to get my pool up and running before Memorial Day Weekend after another contractor fell through last minute. The staff at Van Brill (specifically Don) were super helpful in communicating what was needed, and got right to work to help me. When the crew came to my house to remove the old liner and install the new, they were professional, hard-working and did excellent and quick work. Should have gone with VB from the start! Very happy with their work, and highly recommend using.

  A little over 5 years ago, I decided to take the leap and create my dream backyard by adding a pool. I priced out a number of options and ended up choosing a competitor. This turned out to be one of the biggest decisions I’ve regretted in the process. I’ve had a number of issues with my original pool company but tried to work through them all. It was an extremely tedious and time consuming process. Since then, I’ve shifted my servicing and chemical purchases to Van Brill. The staff is amazing and most importantly consistent. It’s the same great help I receive every time from the SAME people. There’s almost virtually no turnover in the 3 years I’ve started working with them. The staff is courteous, polite and always quick to figure out a solution(and not the most expensive one first). The owners have given me their cell phone numbers to help troubleshoot issues by sending photos and videos before sending out the crew to just make a quick buck. Their water testing process is efficient and cost friendly as well compared to other competitors in the area that I have personally tried. I don’t say this very often, but I wish I had spent the extra money up front and had Van Brill build my pool. I am very appreciative that even though I didn’t, they still treat me as THEIR client and provide 5 star service. Thank you for everything!!
