  I am struggling with a frozen shoulder, and I have already seen improvements. I called and was greeted by Laura, who helped me understand what was going on with me, and she quickly got me an appointment to see John. Working with John is excellent! He is patient and has given me the confidence to get back into the gym plus do daily exercises, which have helped so much. The facility
  is clean and has lots of equipment. I highly recommend getting PT services here! They are close to my home, and i am so happy with my progress.

  My son has been visiting Pondfield Physical Therapy receiving treatment for a baseball related injury. The staff is courteous, professional and clearly have extensive knowledge about the cause, treatment and recovery from this type of injury. The office is well-equipped, clean and welcoming. I would recommend this business to anyone in need of PT.

  John and Laura are truly the best physical therapists you can find. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate in their care. I have two extremely active teenage girls who play Varsity/Club soccer and lacrosse and each time they have suffered an injury, whether it was an ankle, knee, wrist or back, both John and Laura were there to help them through their recovery. Their diagnosis is always spot on and the recommended exercises always lead to a quick recovery. Their new office is clean and spacious and is in a great location with plenty of parking.

  Have severe lower back pain and spasms. Went to Pondfield a few times already. Great location, great service, the office looks great and all of the equipment is brand new. Pain and spasms are gone for now, and with the at home regimen of exercises, hopefully for good!
