(June 19, 2023, 12:53 pm)Swung by for a lunchtime Detroit-style pie and was NOT disappointed!
If you haven't had a Detroit-style pie, imagine a smaller Sicilian, but crispy on the edges, heavy on the sauce, and chewier in consistency than the usual doughy Sicilian. One pie is probably good for 3 people; you're going to want more but take it from me, you're going to be stretching for that third slice.
We will absolutely be back for more, because I think we're hooked. -

(August 19, 2022, 10:32 am)We got the House pie with half pepperoni. The pepperoni are little cups which we loved. The house has two types of mozz, Romano, basil, and sauce. The cheese blend was really good. You could taste the Romano but it wasn’t overwhelming. The sauce had a nice tartness to it. The crust was so good. Thin, crispy and a slight chew but nothing crazy. I ate half the pie shamelessly. So glad a good pizza place is nearby me finally! They have a nice looking Detroit pie we might try when the weather is cooler as it looked like a pure brick of cheese and I just can’t handle that in the heat. 😋 Staff was very lovely and chatted with us about their food and how it’s a very family oriented business, which we loved!
