    I had a problem with a parking ticket that was mistakenly issued. Officer Mike listened to my problem and resolved the issue to my satisfaction quickly. His professionalism and courtesy is appreciated greatly.

    Genuinely care about the residents, respond to citizen requests/feedback and are proactive in policy. This is the best police department of any town I've ever lived in. They are always friendly and patient whether you call with a question or pop into the station needing something.
