Thank you to our exterminator Bob, and the office (I want to say Heaven but I'm not 100% her name) all around great team - professional, pleasant demeanor but most importantly EFFECTIVE! I also appreciate they make scheduling very user friendly whether call/text. My go to for this area!

(March 1, 2023, 10:32 pm)Pointe Pest Control, has always met my expectations! Weather ants , wasps or this time , fleas! Zach Levers, is a wonderful tech, follows through perfectly! He came for 2nd application, & for a third time, to check, next week. So far , so good, haven’t seen any fleas. We never had any before, & is most likely because there hasn’t been a hard freeze, this winter. Zach is always on time & does a great job! Besides explaining everything & has a lovely personality ! Another reason, I have Pointe, everything used, is organic & will not harm my precious little dog 🥰 Thank you ♥️

Clear/precise communication, punctual for appointments, and they are professional! Our tech Tony is superb, highly professional, very clearly communicates his plan and is always on time - give him a raise!!

(February 9, 2023, 11:09 am)Good communication and free touch ups between quarterly visits. Both people I dealt with...initial call, exterminator, were easy to talk with. Contract does have a termination fee which I am not a big fan of, but overall cost is competitive and tech is knowledgeable and listens.
