  They did an amazing job and took there time with my doggy she had so many mats and the staff was very kind and our princess came home ready to walk the runway

  One thing we love about the Barking Lot is that they are open on the weekends. There are so many other things that we were very impressed with. They were cordial, polite, and knowledgeable which made us comfortable. They were very patient with our dog since it was her first time there. They didn’t rush our dog in and out, they wanted to develop a relationship with her so she would feel more comfortable. The grooming was excellent! Her haircut was exactly what we had asked for. She smelled very clean and we were very happy with all the grooming fine details, like cleaning the hair inside the ear, attention to detail around the paw pads and grinding of her nails. We highly recommend using them for your dog grooming needs!

  Extremely knowledgeable. Never made me feel rushed and really explained a lot of things about Shihtzu’s to me, about their teeth, skin, what problems they’re prone to and how to take care of them at home (not trying to sell me anything). I found her more helpful than my own vet.
  
  The cut was exactly what I asked for. My dog is very nervous and not used to grooming, but seemed pretty happy by the time I picked her up.
  
  Initially I was a little apprehensive about making an appt here because I saw some sketchy reviews but now that I’ve been here I think those people must have been very uptight / hard to please. The owner tells it as it is, and she is very nice, but she’s honest (and some people can’t handle honest) but that’s what I love and it helps me trust her with my dog.
  
  The prices are super fair, probably even a steal and include nail cutting, paw pad shaving etc. Already booked routine appointments and excited to go back.
