  Excellent customer service! This was our second time using Pocono Linens for a vacation rental. Can't beat the convenience and extra space in our car 😀 This time, I accidentally typed in the wrong house number for the delivery. Before i realized what happened, Christine responded to my voice-mail within minutes to help me figure out where our delivery was. sher was ready to drop off another order if we couldn't figure out where they were. Once I figured out my mistake, she was very gracious and understanding. I appreciate that she was ready to make another delivery to help us out. Highly recommend!

  Pocono Linens were awesome!! Accidentally put the owners bath mats and hand towels in the bin. Pocono linens responded right away, washed them and returned them. Awesome service!

  The owners of this business are amazing and very accomodating. Delivery was prompt and the quality of service exceeded expectations. I would definitely use their services in the future.

  The owners of Pocono linens were a delight to work with. They provided us with clean linens comfortable pillows and fast and easy service. I would recommend them to anyone staying in the Pocono area. Thank you Pocono linens for making our stay stress-free.

  Fantastic to work with and very accommodating. Great customer service. After realizing our vacation rental did not include basic bedding, I contacted Pocono Linens. They were able to deliver all the necessary items just in time for our large family reunion event, which was especially helpful as some of our elderly relatives would not have been able to bring (or remember to bring) their own sheets and towels. Everything was clean, white, and fresh smelling. I wish I could say the same about the rental place. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!
