Outstanding staff. I’m always happy to be coming here and be served tremendously by Lourdes and Krissie. I recommend this place to anyone willing to be greeted with beautiful smiles and pleasant attitudes. Thumbs up. Keep up the outstanding work

Lourdes is so nice! I had came for some glasses right before they closed and she still took me and was very nice. My whole family is very happy when we go there. Crissy also very nice and helpful anytime i have a question or need to make an appointment she is always there for us. Dr. Mcormick is very nice and Takes her job seriously. Unfortunately I did not get the techs name but she was very nice as well. We had a great experience and will be coming back for all of our eye needs!

Great customer service from Lourdes! My prescription recently changed and over time, I decided to get all new glasses - first a main pair, then a backup and finally sunglasses. Lourdes was a huge help each time I came in, whether I was adding new lenses to old frames or ordering everything new. She helped me understand my coverage and make the best selections (fun yet durable). I would recommend going to Pocono Eye Associates in Tobyhanna because of Lourdes’ excellent customer service. (P.S. The quality of the lenses at Pocono Eye is also excellent - better than Target or LensCrafters.)
