  A rare find! A place where one feels welcomed every time she walks as every staff member greets you as you enter. They usually go directly to my waiting medicine bag because they recognize me when I enter the pharmacy, everyone is so nice and friendly it's a pleasure to do business here. I have lived many places but seldom found a pharmacy like this. Reminds me of the pharmacy in my little small Cuban town where I grew up. Professionals who care and are friendly. Once I needed a medication but was afraid to drive in the snow which I wasn't used to when first coming to NJ so I requested delivery. I was so grateful that a nice young lady brought it to my home. Recently I had a very upsetting situation with a medicare prescription program that I found very confusing and after stressing and trying to figure it out by myself I reached out on the phone to Dr Alex for his help. He was very helpful and asked me to bring in all the paperwork I had on it so he could review it to be sure whether it was legitimate or a scam. I did and he explained some details I wasn't aware of. In the end it was resolved quickly and in a very satizfactory manner with his guidance. Thank you!

  People that work their are patient and understanding ,We as customers including myself have to realize you are there to help us . But there is only so much you can do and for that I apologize for my behavior. And thank you for your understanding .I know its not always easy dealing with Rude customers.   You don't find places like this anymore. From the moment you first walk in, you're greeted by smiling, friendly staff willing and ready to help. The clean and bright layout of the store makes shopping easy - so if you're in a rush you can grab what you need in a hurry. If you have time, however, I would recommend browsing the expansive gift department. Unique gifts, that are constantly being updated for each season, are always available here. As for the pharmacy department, you won't meet a nicer group of people who are willing to work to get you your medication. I always have trouble getting my provider to send in refills, but here they always take care of me (you won't find that kind of customer care at any CVS - that's for sure). The pharmacists are knowledgeable about medications and the processes needed to get those medications to their clients. Having an independently owned pharmacy in town that actually cares about their customers is such an asset.
