They are always willing to share industry knowledge on newer (or older) items within their purview. Non-stock local items are usually available within a couple of days, and rarely incur additional shipping. If you're a trade professional looking to keep in line with the changing times of energy efficiency in HVAC and plumbing, I would highly recommend visiting Plimpton and Hills, and also buying something that benefits you and your clients. On a side note, I was pleasantly surprised that when I opened a commercial account, I received a hand signed letter from the President of the company thanking me for my business. It goes to show that even larger companies can still have a personal touch.
