  I had a issue with my account and the general manager was extremely courteous and made every attempt to resolve the issue for me in a speedy and expeditious manner. He also made me feel comfortable and I like his attitude and willingness.

  I stopped at Planet Fitness to discuss joining while I was in the Roxborough area of Philly. I spoke with Albert, the Club Manager, and he was awesome, taking the time to let me know the options. He also introduced me to Chris, the Assistant Mgr. The club itself was also awesome as it was clean & spacious & offered numerous machines (at least 2 or 3 of the same type) & free weights. It also had many treadmills & cycles, etc, so that I doubt anyone ever had to wait to use one, even when it was busy. The staff has been friendly every time I am there & for sure the "Judgement Free Zone" works!

  The people that work @ PF Roxborough are very friendly, helpful and responsive. The gym is kept very clean and usually most of the equipment are in working order. What's even better, most of the members keep the equipment sanitized after use. Of course there are some that don't, but for the most part, other members follow the rules.

  This staff should train other businesses on how to treat people. They made us feel wanted and welcomed from our first phone contact with Ryan. Then we met Albert in person and got the impression that he would give us as much of his personal time as necessary to answer all our questions and show us around. The facility is spotless and most of the weight machines look brand new. Great overall experience!

  Great place & very clean & great staff. One time I left my headphones there and they grabbed them for me and made sure nobody took them 👍 very honest good staff that care about you. The staff member that helped me was Woody, very friendly on the phone and really a big help.
