We felt very comfortable as we were able to ride the bikes around and ask many questions. He installed the child seat and bike rack quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this location and Tyler for your biking needs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

(June 24, 2022, 2:41 pm)Customer service is top notch both on the phone and in the store. Prices are clearly posted and wait time reasonable IF at all. I had a flat and brought it in and it was repaired in a shorter time then it took to put my bike rack on the car to bring it! They also were clear about what would be fixed and even showed me the punctured tube. The employees were polite ,pleasant and courteous ! Great experience!

(May 10, 2021, 3:08 pm)Barry, the owner, was amazing from the first phone call and made the entire experience painless. He is a man of his word when he provided an ETA of my bike arriving, and didn't even take a deposit.
Barry was extremely patient with all of my questions once the bike arrived, and took the time to physically place my new bike rack on my car, teaching me step-by-step. That kind of customer service did not go unnoticed, especially from a busy business owner of 2 shops. I live by Morristown, but because of his down to earth customer service, he gained a loyal customer! -

Even if it was ten minutes to closing, they were cheerful, detailed, patient with my every little question. When it came to an installation or repair l found them to be as accommodating as possible. They have truly earned my business.

(September 29, 2018, 12:38 pm)I've taken my bike here a couple of times to have it tuned up. They are very knowledgeable about the different bike brands. For a full tuneup it takes a couple of days. They seem to be very thorough when working on your bike. They have a huge selection of bikes ranging from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars. They are not the cheapest with their bike prices or their repair service, but they do good work.
It's nice to know that there are still good small bike shops around.
