  I held my daughters 12th birthday here. Loved how easy and quickly the owner responded to my messages and questions. Payment was easy too. She was also able to cater to what I was looking for as our party was smaller than the packages that were already created. On event day- loved how the girls had the space to themselves and one specific person assigned to them. Made them feel special. The photo shoot and fashion show was awesome. She even showed the girls how to do the “model walk”.
  Only recommendation- have a space for the mommy’s who are waiting that’s a little more comfortable than the two chairs by the door. She was willing for us to sit at the pedicure chairs once the girls were done which was nice. Ty!!!

  I really enjoyed this experience at Plan’dO Spa & Events. It was a special day to share with my favorite person, my 15 year old daughter. While her feelings were a little mixed on the idea, it was the quality of time spent together that will always be fresh in my mind. This place is more than one little girl could imagine and the service was impeccable. Very clean, very professional, very accommodating. This place also offers Tik Tok nights for older kids like my daughter. Thank you for your services!

  I took my Daughter here for her 7th birthday, the place is so nice & very kid friendly. My Daughter actually enjoyed herself , We’ll be going here often.

  Had my daughter’s Birthday here. The place was really nice and clean. Workers were very friendly and helpful. All her friends enjoyed themselves. With the package I got I didn’t have to lift a finger (but to take pics and videos) and that’s what I loved. They could use more workers for larger groups. But overall they did a wonderful job.

  My experience at Plan’do exceeded my expectations. The staff from the beginning made you feel like royalty. The venue was very clean and smelled amazing . They provided the cutest glass of milk decorated with marshmallows in milk. They absolutely made my princess feel like a princess. I will give this venue and the customer service 5s without a doubt. I’m excited to book another session for my granddaughter 💕
