  Amazing SUP tour! Great friendly and helpful guide, Matty is awesome! We saw some beautiful natural areas. Would totally do it again! Super workout!

  Great guided tour! We started in Indian Head and paddled around the bay. The guide was informative and so nice! Prices are much more reasonable than anywhere else. I’d definitely recommend this if you enjoy kayaking!

  Had a fantastic experience. Arranging rentals was simple online. Communicated via text with owners with lots of follow up questions which were answered quickly. AND found out they would deliver equipment to us at a place more convenient to us. Who does that anymore???? Rented SUPs and kayaks for half day for a big family get together. We had a wonderful time in part because they made it sooooo easy. Friendly, helpful and flexible.

  Highly recommend P&L for SUP rentals. The prices were far better than anywhere else in the area we tried. I called, they were super helpful, and later that day had 3 boards delivered to our house. The boards were quality performance boards, and we had a blast.

  I highly recommend renting kayaks paddle boards from this place
  The people are so friendly and so helpful you’ll have the time of your life at one of the nicest beaches on Long Island
