  Casey was easily the most helpful person in the service industry who I've had the pleasure of talking to on the phone in a long time. Sadly, PJ MAC doesn't service Philadelphia city proper because of some extreme regulations we apparently have, but he was super helpful even after we realized I wouldn't be able to get our service done by them.

  We had an emergency situation on a geothermal AC system and had a hard time finding anyone to come out. Had one outfit come out, but they could not get the system working.
  PJ MAC sent us "Doug" the very same (Saturday) evening. Doug was very knowledgeable and personable. He was respectful of keeping the house clean and persistent at diagnosing the problem. Within just a couple of hours he had our system working again on all floors (two separate blower systems!) and the house was once again livable! And the charge was completely reasonable. Would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks very much, Doug!

  Doug was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during his visit. I requested an annual maintenance, and he was thorough and explained everything he did. He answered all of my questions! I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

  This is the second year we've needed to have someone come out to replace the AC, and once again Doug did a great job. He was able to come out quick, was very professional, and most important was able to get our AC blowing out cold air again in less than an hour. Once or unit needs to be replaced in the next couple years I already know where I'm taking my business.

  First of all Doug was professional and was able to answer any questions I had. He installed a new unit in my house and worked all day and into the night to make sure my home would have ac in this blistering heat. He kept me informed at every step and and when finished everything was just as clean as he found it. Nice guy and would recommend to anyone
