  The staff here is wonderful! They were friendly and at the same time professional. I felt that they really cared. What impressed me the most, however, was the way they interacted with each other. They were more than willing to help each other. There was always a lighthearted atmosphere that encouraged patients to share conversation. It was all around a positive experience.

  After my surgery, I could hardly use my right arm at all. Going to Pivot in Hawley was the best thing I could have done. The staff was friendly and very professional. Made me feel at home and at the same time, got my arm functioning again. They are the best, Want to thank them all.

  I’m not much at writing a review But after using Pivot Therapy for different rehab situations I felt it was necessary to give the 5 stars to Lonnie Shawn and everyone from From the time you walk in till you leave They make you comfortable let you know what to expect. I was there for a knee replacement started out with a walker and finished with a dance (Thanks to Lonnie )

  I had hip replacement surgery and used Pivot in Hawley for my physical therapy. They were great!! I especially thank Kelsey and Shawn for their great care and guidance! I definitely recommend them for anyone who needs physical therapy for anything!

  We are so fortunate to have Pivot Physical Therapy in Hawley, Pa.!
  I recently finished therapy for a knee injury and cannot thank the highly trained Therapists… Kelcey, Shawn and Lonnie enough for the excellent care and treatment I received. My rehab wasn’t always easy but they along with Melissa, the Patient Care Coordinator made it as pleasant and fun as possible. Again, I thank you all very much for everything you did, I could not have recovered without you!!!
