Being the point of contact when our residents enter our building, it is my pleasure to welcome them with Care, understanding and joy. Our residents are our families and being comfort for them while away from home is Pinnacle’s number one goal.

(September 6, 2023, 4:36 pm)I toured the facility and it looks amazing. The floors are brand new and the resident rooms are completely redone and upgraded . The grounds are immaculate and well kept and the staff was super friendly. Very impressive.

(September 1, 2023, 10:44 am)My husband spent 5 weeks at Pinnacle for rehabilitation after leg/ankle surgery. After seeing some of the reviews here I had to express my opinion. I’m not related to anyone at Pinnacle and I’ve never worked there. He had been to Pinnacle last year and chose to go back because the experience was more than satisfactory! The nurses were friendly and knowledgeable, and the aids were professional and patient, considering the difficult job they have trying to attend to everyone’s needs. I’ve been to several Rehab facilities with other family members recently and can honestly say so many things at Pinnacle were much better than those rated higher in Delaware including the food, the cleanliness and the commitment to the patient’s wellbeing. The Physical Therapy group was excellent as well! They gave my husband alot of strength training being mindful of the “no weight” rule on the ankle. Communication is key. I was in and out of the facility during every shift at one time or another and never saw anything concerning. I spoke with several other residents who thought the same way I do about Pinnacle.
