  Alicja, my dental hygienist, was excellent. She is thorough yet gentle, and explains what she is doing every step of the way. I especially appreciated the water pick part of the teeth cleaning.

  My hygienist was wonderful. Friendly , knowledgeable, efficient. The dentist was very nice. Front desk staff super helpful and knowledgeable

  It was my first visit to the dentist in a long time, was kind of anxious and scared but Alicja was so nice, she explained everything so clearly and kept me at ease the whole time!! Everyone in the office was also really nice..looking forward to my next visit!!

  Today was my first visit with Pine Rock Dental. Driving to the building was a little confusing because the external sign for the dentist isn’t too big but it’s in the plaza with a carpet, sushi and hair salon at street view. You can park in the back and there is a wheel chair accessible ramp that brings you to the office (if you park in front there are stairs). When you come into the office you get a small doctor office vibe. What I mean by this is the office is comfy, clean and fresh (no old musty smells) and the staff is nice. I came in and was greeted by front end reception, both the dental assistant and doctor asked questions about any concerns I had (hadn’t been do a dentist in some time so I had issues/concerns). The first patient visit will take about an hour because they do some pretty awesome scans of your teeth (apparently the moldings where you bit down and imprint are out :) !). The thing I really like as well is they will tell you how much things will cost or will find out what your insurance will cover and what you’d have to pay and they give email/text reminders of upcoming appointments even on the day of the appointment too in case you forget (handy when you have sport schedules). A good experience and would recommend to others!

  Always a great experience. Dental hygienists, doctors and staff are super friendly. Office is run very efficiently and there is never a long wait. They get you in and out. Highly recommend!
