What a great studio. Marlene teaches the true method of Pilates. Her many years of practicing Pilates is so apparent in her thorough style of teaching. She teaches with such enthusiasm, while carefully explaining every movement. A great place to learn Pilates from one of the best instructors around..

I highly recommend Pilates for Life. Marlene is a great instructor! She is supportive while making each class challenging and interesting. She works closely with each student to ensure that they are in the proper position to avoid injury and get the most out of each exercise.

Very good experience. Marlene is a great teacher who thoroughly explains every move. She is really attentive so you will be breathing and moving the right way. I Highly recommend this studio.
