  Jaime is the best professional maintenance worker we have ever encountered.

  Jamie was very helpful with fixing our drains and removing the plastic piece from the dryer. He even showed me how to unclog the drains in case it happens again.

  We had an issue with the blower for our A/C unit. I called in Friday evening. Since my mother is 73. Jamie took the time come out on a Saturday to replace the motor so she can be comfortable. He didn't have to come out. But he did

  We had a broken water heater and made a service request with the property management. Less than 24hours they sent a technician names Jamie. He replaced the water heater in less than two hours. Jamie was very professional and courteous, he even changed our AC filter even though it was not part of the original service order. Did a very professional job.
