  Everyone was wonderful with our puppy and with us! There was no rush to get us in and out. The Doctor spent time to answer all of our questions about our new puppy. We were thrilled with everyone there!

  Our first time here. Came for an evaluation before he gets "rehomed". I'm moving to a bad place where he could be confined to a crate for 15+ hrs a day, and I don't think that is fair to a nearly 15 yr old dog, who is used to having the run of the house. This vet is in a good location, as far as I know. Nice place, large grounds, with adequate parking, and lots of staff. There was an older woman talking loud in the lobby about how "she will never bring her dog here again", but I don't know what her issue was. There were a lot of people coming and going, busy place, but we were there for 5pm, maybe several people were there at that time to pickup their "animal" after work. I felt like the vet barely examined my dog before coming to conclusions. They had his record from his last vet, but they took blood work because it's been 3+ yrs since his last visit, we'll get results in a few days. I'm torn about going to a vet, wild animals do not get that dental care, or meds. Broken leg, etc, sure fix it, but at the same time, I don't want my dog to be uncomfortable, arthritis, bad teeth. My impression of the vet in general, is that people want the best for their pets, and the vet is there to capitalize on that. I don't have enough experience here for a deeper opinion, we'll just have to wait to see how it all plays out. The pic is of a memorial space they have on the grounds.

  Very kind and compassionate care for veterinary emergency. They have a great deal of diagnostic capabilities. The facilities are very nice, inside and out. They are also very patient and supportive during a pet's final journey.

  The emergency room at Pieper saved my dogs life. He was on the brink of death due to a congenital liver problem that was previously undiagnosed. The emergency room team was thorough, and I have consistent communication and feedback from both neurology and internal medicine during his hospital stay. They recommended a thorough regimen to keep him healthy and he is better than ever! Thank you! 🎉
