(October 26, 2022, 7:18 am)Love good food! My husband and I always sit outside and it always rains! With the outdoor umbrellas it's quite OK. We get to laugh and enjoy being outdoors in thie wonderful area. Growing up between Arizona and here, this food is great at Picantes. A must try. Flavors are fantastic and Service is always with a smile. This time we ordered Tamarind margaritas with dinner and they didn't disappoint.

(October 10, 2021, 2:10 pm)An authentic and very good Mexican restaurant in Northwest Connecticut just a little south of Massachusetts. I tried the Fish Tacos and they were excellent. The fish was fresh and tasty and the veggies were fresh. Also, the corn tortillas tasted like they were homemade. I would probably have given them a 4.5 if that was possible but the food and atmosphere certainly deserved better than a 4. Will definitely eat there again.

(August 2, 2021, 10:36 pm)Went here for the first time a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it. Great atmosphere and food was fresh and very filling -- good portion sizes -- not too big or too small. A variety of options for vegetarians. Our waiter was friendly and very quick with getting out orders.
