  Tore my ACL and went though allograft reconstruction surgery in April, 2022.
  I came to Dr. Angela Smith after some frustrating experiences with typical big corp chain PT places.
  
  Angela is a game-changer in this long, arduous but rewarding journey. An ACL/knee specialist, well-recognized and extremely knowledgeable in this particular field, she created exercises tailored to my sport and always explain in great detail the objectives and theories behind each of them. I feel equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to integrate knee rehab and strengthening into my future S&C program. She has a highly-technical approach to rehab and pushes for progress in a safe, controlled manner.
  
  I worked with Angela in a hybrid fashion, both in-person and remotely through a coaching app. I returned to training Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai at 100% capacity around 7 months post-op, and back to competition at 11 month. I would definitely recommend Dr. Angela Smith to anyone looking to return to their demanding sport safely after a knee injury, especially ACLers.

  Briedy did a great job getting my shoulder mobility back. I definitely recommend PhysioFit. The location and therapists were all first class.

  I had the pleasure of meeting Angela at the Riverfront Rivalry CrossFit competition today. I strained my calf during the warmup of the second workout and she did everything she could to get me ready for the rest of my day. She massaged my calf and taped me up to support the movements I still had ahead of me. She was extremely professional and friendly and I am grateful for her. I was able to help my team finish on the podium as a result of her treatment. I would highly recommend her services.

  I have seen Dr. Smith ( Angela) for a variety of sports related injures. While she very knowledgeable in recovery plans for such injuries, she also beings a very practicable view towards recovery (a rare find). For example, she doesn't tell you to just stop doing what you enjoy but rather how to continue in your sport but with appropriate modifications until you recover. Wonderful perspective. I highly recommend.

  Angela was so skilled and knowledgeable with her care. Her care is extremely comprehensive and she was thoughtful in her approach to helping address my pain/discomfort. She always kept in mind my goals of getting back to certain activities that were interrupted my the discomfort I was experiencing. I would definitely see her again if needed in the future.
