Having received numerous orthopedic surgeries for bi-lateral knee replacements, a hip replacement and an ankle fusion, my Physical Therapy of choice is St Luke’s. From the initial assessment to the last hour of treatment, Jeremy provided his anatomical knowledge, expertise and efficiency with care and compassion.
An outstanding young man and Director of Physical Therapy, St Luke’s University Hospital is fortunate to have Jeremy as a member of their staff.
Sincerely, Sandra E Casner
I had a very positive experience at St. Luke’s Physical Therapy. My therapist was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. He asked questions to better understand my issues and listened to my concerns, so that the proper therapy plan could be put into place. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will be recommending St. Luke’s Physical Therapy to family and friends.
The rehab team is AWSOME. My shoulder pain is gone, my range of motion is within normal limits, and my strength is 4 out of 5. I couldn’t be happier. This department is a well oiled machine. I never had to wait for an appointment. I have and will continue to recommend treatment at St Luke’s, Nazareth .
I am grateful and fortunate that I went to Nazareth Physical Therapy. There I met and was treated by Jeremy Kushner for nearly two years. Prior to spinal/fusion surgery, he was able to get me in much better physical condition. Afterwards he was able to help me return to a near normal life. I am indebted to Jeremy for his anatomical knowledge and physical therapy skills. But more so, I am grateful for his warm and meaningful personality style that has left an indelible mark on my life. And with the ever pleasant staff (Stacy in particular), my visits there were always a pleasurable experience.
I had a fantastic experience at this facility while recovering from my ACL reconstruction surgery. Seth was great and really took the time to explain to things to me and made sure I stayed on track with my protocol. Compared to my experiences at different PT clinics, the quality or care here is unmatched. Would highly recommend!!
