A family member had referred us to Chris James Realty due to their positive experience with them and their honesty. We worked extremely close with Andrea and she was a god send from start to finish. My experience with her was flawless and easy, from the time we listed to the time we sold. She was super helpful, and would accommodate any request I had since it was my first time ever selling a home. While our home was on the market she kept me up to date on every little thing, had visits with me, and gave me pointers on what to do to get the house ready for tours etc. She was super helpful about everything. No matter when I needed to text or call her she always answered promptly. I cant recommend her enough, she will make your entire selling process so easy. She's extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and the best at what she does our home sold instantly and we didn't have one set back or issue. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.
