  The staff are wonderful. The administrator is very nice and informative. They are doing renovations and is looking awesome!

  There are many long-term employees at the Phoenix Center that make the patient experience genuine. Roxanne in physical therapy is fantastic. Jackie in activities is so kind. I recently visited the Phoenix Center and toured the lovely updated rooms.

  My experience with the phoenix center was very good. The staff from the leader Kathy to Roxanne & Corey my physical & occupational therapists did did their jobs well with me& were a pleasure to work with. The nurses were all great especially a few(u know who u are). The cna’s were terrific especially a few(u know who u are also. Everyone was very attentive & pro’s at their jobs. I want to include Lisa & the kitchen people& the people that clean. Shout out 2 Renee 4trying 2spring me early. Also the food was pretty good too. Thanks 2 my bingo gals who welcomed me in their circle. If I had 2do it all over again I would pick the phoenix center. My dog was even allowed 2visit me!!!!

  The new management is phenomenal first day here with my dad I met the director of nurses Tracey. She is an angel! She cares more about Dad than many of my family members do.
  I'm so glad that I chose the Phoenix Center.
