(July 8, 2023, 5:33 am)Love it! Proprietor Babs was awesome. My fam took a class in bath balm making and it was so much fun! (Yes I misspelled balm on purpose -- for algorithms.) Babs has a mastery of essential oils and herbs and other plant materials. She knew just what combos would work well together for the desired effect. The shop stocks a beautifully curated array of her own products as well as other things Babs admires from different makers. Well worth stopping and checking out when you're in the Catskills area! Two thumbs up!

(March 4, 2023, 8:44 am)I love the soaps, skin and hair care products from Phoenicia Soap! They are made with herbal infused olive oil, cocoa butter, essential oils and other nourishing ingredients. They're incredibly gentle on my skin and the scents are amazing too - I especially like the Caffe Mocha Mint, Bergamot Rose, and Frangipani scents. They aren't overpowering or artificial, just fresh and relaxing.
The soaps last a long time and I appreciate that they're made locally here in the Hudson Valley and that the packaging is natural and sustainable (no plastic). I highly recommend them.
