  I’ve had pho in many different major cities and none compare to here. It is my go-to any day of the week and it never disappoints! Also the crepe and the shrimp imperial rolls are soooo delicious. 10/10 :)

  Great service as the waitress was attentive and tasty pho in the Florence area! The jasmine tea is also delicious.

  This place is a hidden gem. We decided to stop in on a whim, as the place we wanted to visit was packed. I'm really glad we found Pho Boston!
  
  Foremost, the food is absolutely delicious. I've had pho all over the place and these folks are easily in the top tier. We started with goi du du, which was light, crispy and refreshing.
  
  I had pho tai, which was a murky bowl of subtle flavors, salty and a little sweet, perfectly balanced, with just enough fat to give it heft. By contrast my hubby got the hu tieu my tho, which had a perfectly clear, lighter, more salty broth. These folks know their bases very well. Both were amazing.
  
  We topped off our lunch with iced coffee, lush with condensed milk, because that should be mandatory.
  
  Y'all, this is a great spot. Authentic food, great prices and very friendly service. 10/10 would recommend.

  Pho Boston is a welcome, delicious, healthy addition to Florence, indeed to Northampton and the surrounding Pioneer Valley of Massachusetts. My wife and I were immediately made to feel at home in a clean and comfortable venue. (Fortunately, one table was still available at a Saturday lunch.) Service was efficient and with a smile. We shared a Shrimp Imperial Roll plate and then enjoyed our order of Special Combination Beef Noodle Soup & Massaman Thai Curry (a favorite of mine). Scrumptious! Filling! Bravissimo !
