The process was pretty fast despite experience with dealerships four to 5 hours, this transaction was about three hours. It could’ve been 2 1/2 but I was talking a lot because I was so happy with the way they treated us.

(June 2, 2023, 11:43 am)This rating is for their service department. Steve Anderson provided good old fashioned customer service. He made sure I was aware of what I needed and helped me to understand the importance of the services. He made sure my reward points were accurate to help offset some of the cost and even let me use his desk to work at. I've never had great luck with dealer service centers, but this persuaded me to use them again in the future.
Note: Yes, the wait can be longer than expected. But they are also trying to service a significant number of cars with reservations while doing their best to accommodate walk in customers. If you know that going in and plan accordingly, there is no issue. -

When I arrived to pick up the vehicle one of the sales guys walked me through the process. Absolutely no BS at all, everything was exactly as promised. Refreshing! Thanks to Matt, Santos and the whole crew over at PE Honda!
