  I have dealt with many private ambulance companies and this was by far the best. Professional staff who were pleasant to deal with and good at their jobs. I highly recommend this company. I'm editing my previous review to add one thing. If you need ongoing transport, definitely confirm with them each time. My husband has to go to a doctor via ambulance twice a week. I made that very clear when making the arrangements. Last week there was no problem, but today they didn't even show up and he missed his appointment. I'm very disappointed.

  The ambulatory team were the most compassionate and gentle people I have ever come in contact with! They handled my grandmother with the greatest of care and concern. The true essence of humanity is personified with these wonderful first-responders. I highly recommend this company. You will NOT be disappointed.

  I tried this service for the first time on December 27, 2022 to take my mom age 90 to Montclair Radiology in Nutley, NJ. Quality Customer Service from the time I made arrangements on the phone to after all plans were implemented. Kudos to driver Shaquana - Driver 104, who made sure that we were comfortable at all times. Extra help was provided as there are 7 steps to get out of my home and mom is non-ambulatory in a wheelchair. Definitely will be using this service again.

  Accurate and on time service. Philips has been without a doubt, the BEST private ambulance service I have ever dealt with! While their patients come first, the management takes care of their employees and considers them family members! Everyone I've encountered has been friendly and caring.

  A+++++ service from Philips Ambulance. Very professional, kind and punctual team who picked up my aunt for her doctors appointment. The scheduling department called a day before to confirm which is a plus to me that i found very courteous. Dispatchers at Philips were very nice and kept us up to date with arrival or when they had to pick us back up. Carlos was very helpful and nice with setting up the trip as no other company would come to our house due to the amount of steps in our home. I will definitely book transportation for all our future trips. Thanks guys!!
