  We have known Phil Angarone for several years since our kids were in high school together. We always thought we would use Phil as a real estate agent from ERA Central if we ever sold our house. That day finally came, and we moved to a different state. Phil was a tremendous anxiety reliever, hand holder, and service recommender (from a lawyer to movers). He went above and beyond when looking out for our interests as sellers. He consistently made sure we were ok and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. Selling a house and moving is never easy, but we were so glad we chose Phil as our agent and would highly recommend him to anyone. He's the best!

  I was referred to Phil from friend who closed on her first home. Phil is amazing and provided my family and I with a wonderful house searching experience. He was there for us from the beginning till the end. He has an amazing personality, very knowledgeable, well grounded, relatable and highly energetic. Oh wait he even babysits while you look at the home Lol.

  From start to finish, our experience with Phil exceeded all of our expectations! We were relocating from NJ to VA due to a job change, and we made it clear from the start that we needed a quick sale but without any shortcuts. We wanted to make sure we received full market value for our NJ home. Phil listened to all of our concerns, and made sure that they were addressed every step of the way. He came prepared to our initial consultation with a full packet of all recent neighborhood and township comps, toured our home thoroughly, provided detailed explanation of what the housing market was currently showing, and gave us an accurate suggested sell price as quickly as possible. He helped us prepare our home for showings, guided us throughout all of the home tours that happened once we listed, and gave us a detailed breakdown of all offers we received. He helped us select the best possible offer for our situation, and ensured we received as much money as possible once the sale was completed. He answered all of our questions quickly, and always made time for us. I cannot express enough how pleased we were with Phil's service, experience, professionalism, and care. He is the absolute best!

  From our first meeting with Philip we knew that the house selling experience would be a pleasurable one because of Philips knowledge in the area, his demeanor as well as work ethic which included out 24/7 phone calls to answer questions.
