  Rick oversaw project for our whole coop and was very responsive. Cascade screens have been in place for about two years and I have heard no issues. Definitely recommend.

  Had the retractable screens installed in two separate apartment units in luxury condo building. Never had a single maintenance issue in over 6 years. The units came without any screens so these were life changing and amazing quality. Extra nice touch painting them to match the decor precisely! Thanks.

  Found Phancy Screens on the internet and we were extremely pleased. From start to finish the entire experience was professional and as promised. Rick arrived with a sample of the Retractable Screen door and fully explained the product and what to expect at installation- we ordered the door and Rick called within the promised timeframe to arrange an installation date . The installation was very quick and the door is great looking. We have had the door for several months now and love it. In addition we have passed on Rick's information to other interested people Our friends and neighbors. We have and will continue to recommend Rick and this great product.
