  Their work is exceptional! Fair pricing and honest. I can drop my vehicle off and get a ride home, then get picked up when it’s done! Most of all their honesty, they tell you what needs to be fixed now and what can wait.

  Coming down the GSPwy my 5.0 Coyote Mustang let out a big screech when my A/C compressor locked up and stopped working. I stopped in at Petty Motorworks not far from my house and had Tom Sr. take a peak and he was pretty sure it could be repaired by replacing clutch pulley assembly rather than needing the much more expensive entire compressor and all it’s other components. They fixed me up with changing out the clutch assembly only and it’s back running perfectly Cold again at a charge that was very close to their initial estimate ! They are a friendly, honest and competent crew and left my ‘baby’ cleaner than when I gave her to them !

  I am not sure how to explain how impressed I am. With out going into details, they took care of the issues with our BMW at no additional costs, even though it cost them parts and labor to do so. I highly recommend them to service your car.

  I was simply thinking of how to describe the service and attention to detail regarding their service. It can't simply be done. From the customer service to having your vehicle repaired. Simply put, they care! The care of explaining, executing the job, the follow up, to ensuring your happiness. Mr. Petty has a great staff that even offered me a ride to pick up my vehicle. The experience and expertise is second to none. I truly appreciate you and all who work at this phenomenal business!! Thank you for taking care of your customers the way you do. Is it any wonder why they receive 5 star evaluations? They are all fantastic at what they do! Thank you Mr. Petty and your entire staff!!

  I did not use them yet but I was impressed. Bought a used car that needed to be checked over thoroughly and had a decent amount of issues/substantial amount $. Very organized shop. They’ll go over your vehicle and give you a detailed report via email or text with photos and list things that need to be done right away, ongoing things you need to do to maintain your vehicle. If you live close by they have a courtesy driver that can drop you back home until your car is ready. They follow up. They are more expensive than some other local shops but I felt they were the most thorough. They do not charge you a fee to use a credit card. Owner flat out told me he pays his staff well and I think you get what you pay for. I’ll update this review again if/when I get service done.
