(July 31, 2023, 9:27 pm)Our experience at Pets Best Friend was excellent as always. We saw Dr Jen Ulrich for the first time. She took the time to explain the diagnosis and answer all our questions. Jamie, the nurse, like always, went over & beyond to make our pet feel comfortable. Jamie is the number one reason we continue to use Pets Best Friend Veterinary Hospital.

They never make you wait and they always have a response on what to do in the mean time !! They get our dogs feeling better almost right away !! Thank you pets best friend for all your help !! We will be returning !!

(November 25, 2022, 12:26 am)I just want to start off by saying I have been rescuing dogs for over 20 years and I’ve been dealing with many different vets between moving from New Jersey to California and back to the East Coast. I have never met a more caring team of people than I have at PBF. These people are always willing to go the extra mile to help your pet. They are kind, honest, educated and loving. Dr. Decker and Dr. Hoffman are two of the kindest veterinarians I have ever met in my life. I had a paraplegic dog who had been paralyzed for over 10 years and dealt with a slew of issues, they made his and my life better and came up w solutions to make our lives easier. I lost him to cancer and Dr Decker cried w me. I love her so much. My dogs love them and are comfortable in their care. I don’t care where I move I will drive however long I have to drive to get to Pets Best Friends. Jen at the front desk is amazingly kind and caring and helpful, Karina is so loving and helpful and knowledgeable. I love every single staff member they have.
