  Petrone Automotive had been a spectacular experience for me! Where do I begin, I was greeted and hosted by Joe! Joe showed compassion when he saw the damages on my Mazda CX-5 and assured me that the car would be repaired and brought back better than it's original state before the accident and sure he did, less than two weeks later right before Christmas, Joe and Petrone Automotive came dashing down and brought back my Mazda as if it had just rolled out the manufacturer warehouse. I really thought they had replaced it with a new one! Petrone Automotive was recommended to me by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and I've never been so much happier with my decision and overall experience with trusting Petrone Automotive to repair my car! They get a 5 out of 5 and a 10 out of 10 in every category! I highly recommend their establishment and services to anyone on Long Island or the 5 boroughs of New York City!

  Petrone Automotive is hands down the best and most professional place in it's industry. The quality and craftmanship of their repairs reflects their experience in the industry. They pay attention to detail. My vehicle was literally restored to better condition than it was when I took it out of the showroom. Understandably, with supply chain issues the world is dealing with, it did take a while to receive my parts from Korea. The final product was PERFECT! Frankie, Paul, and Paul Jr. are the backbones of this enterprise! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

  This is the only auto body shop my dad brings his Pathfinder! I was driving home from Trattoria 35 and heard a “Pop”, my dad said to drive straight here. Everyone is professional, great customer service and very knowledgeable. Know exactly what to do. Paul and Frankie are terrific!

  I have been a customer here for years. The Petrone family will treat you like family and always honest about the job. They recently just expanded their facility, brand new bulding with the latest tech. Also, they finish the day by cleaning all the bays and lots! The whole place is clean and they do a fantastic job. They are certified by many auto brands to do body and mechanical work. Paulie travels everywhere to learn all the latest certifications for all the different car makes. Do not hesitate to trust the Petrone family to do honest and good work.
