I learned more about ovens than from all the other stores I visited - so I was able to get the best oven for me and at a good price. The sales guys also installers, not a separate company...sooo much better!
Our 30inch double wall oven was just installed - by the same 2 sales people that we bought the oven from - they arrived on time, installed the oven without damaging anything and then spent the time to review how to operate the oven and maintain it. They even cleaned up and took the trash out! So, yes I highly recommend Petrillo's. -

(August 9, 2023, 8:19 pm)I called the store on Friday evening, talked to James, gave him the measurements of my current refrigerator. An hour later received an email from him of the refrigerator that will fit my space and also received a good honest price from him. I ordered the refrigerator on Friday evening, Wednesday at 9am it was already in my kitchen. The delivery guys were very courteous and professional. Repeat customer of this store. Highly Recommend!

(April 2, 2023, 2:09 pm)We just bought a GE Profile stove and microwave at Petrillo’s from James. We normally go to Home Depot to buy appliances but my friend had such a good experience at Petrillo’s that we decided to give it a shot. What a great experience we had dealing with James. His knowledge was refreshing and so helpful unlike Home Depot where it can be hit or miss. We got prices over the weekend which were the same as Home Depot. When we finally made a decision regarding the the brand of stove and microwave we noticed the price for the stove had gone up by $400 at Home Depot and all the other big box stores. When we called James to see if we could get the same price that he had quoted us he said fine and we had delivery the next day. The crew delivering the appliances and connecting the microwave were fantastic. Very professional and helpful. Best delivery experience I have ever had. I recommend them to anyone needing appliances.
