This park is great. There are areas for all ages. Hiking , basketball, baseball, skate park, gazebos bathrooms the list goes on and on. This is a hidden gem in the Wolcott area!
I love this park since I lived near by and had many a family function there under the pavillion with a permitt. I enjoyed walking the trails with my dog. Also would use the fenced in dog park when we were alone to train. The kids loved the jungle jim & basketball courts. Nice park that is well kept. Keep it that way or don't go there. All are welcome if you behave. Wolcott police frequent often as I prefer.
There a windmill out there. I didn’t get to it. I be going back. There 35 miles of trails out there. It beautiful . The trail easy to walk on. There a lot of rooted area.there also playgrounds, picnic area. Skate park , so much more there. Ran out time to explore it all.
Something for everyone. Walking trail to the waterfalls, playscape for the kids. There are tennis and basketball courts. Skate park and a few pavilions to rest or host a party. Would be nice if they could incorporate some kind of water spout/fountain feature for the kids in town during the summer. Plenty of room for it. Dog-friendly.
I have a toddler and this park is very rarely crowded. One of the two playgrounds got updated with new slide and swings as of this summer. Teenagers play basketball, skateboard and ride bikes, families play tennis. We like walking around, there's a nice trail following a brook.
