(July 9, 2023, 11:23 am)I came in the other day when my daughter brought home some hermit crabs from her trip to Virginia Beach. They were in a very tight container and didn't have the appropriate things they needed to live their best life. I walked around the store and found Julianna! She was an angel in disguise. She was so knowledgeable and answered every question I had perfectly. Julianna even helped me save money by showing me which items were on sale and saved me another 20% at the register. I will choose this Petco location over all others because of her!

(June 11, 2023, 9:20 am)Old photo, that Models isn’t there any more lol, but it’s nice in the Pet Co, animals seem well taken care of, every time I walk in I see a tank being cleaned because someone just bought an animal. I’ve heard good things from people who groom their dogs there and everyone there is very sweet.
Decent fish selection and one of the bigger aquatic plant and coral sections I’ve seen around my area. Never felt like I couldn’t ask someone for help, there was a few times I had to really search to find someone but that’s alright it’s a big store.
There is this person who works in the fish section, I wish I got his name but he was very very helpful
So I would like to say thank you for telling me how long and expensive salt tanks are and what I would need to start one up! -

(March 24, 2023, 6:24 pm)Went to Petco in Milford for the first time because my dog really needed a nail trim. I walked in without an appointment and was taken right away. Employee was friendly. My only complaint is there isn't any seating to wait for your pet. Not a big deal for most people but I'm disabled with a bad back so it's hard for me to stand long. Maybe put a few seats as a courtesy to your customers. I will be back as this process was pretty easy.
