Communicative throughout the process. Showed up on time and rang when the bed bug exterminators were 15 mins away. Thoroughly went over all the details of work completed and have one of the best warranty periods available. We were unsure if it was going to rain on the balcony and wash away the pesticide, but advised that if it did rain, they would come back out to re-spray the balcony.
My search for a reliable business has ended with the discovery of this one. Trying to get rid of bedbugs on my own was a nightmare until I found these guys.
