Hire them early on , they will become like part of the family. Dawn , Lisa and Chris the nurse practitioner were all absolutely wonderful. I have noticed during this collaborative environment that Lisa and her staff definitely go the extra mile to look out for their clients. Everyone being overseen by Lisa and her team is cared for like family. Lisa goes out of her way personally and professionally to make sure her clients receive the best possible service from all entities they engage. She never cuts corners. I can say from personal experience that she will continually collaborate with me and brainstorm with me so we can help our mutual client succeed. I always appreciate this extra layer of eyes, ears, creativity and insight.
