(May 26, 2023, 1:16 pm)We’ve been coming here for a while. I finally decided to subscribe to the unlimited car wash package and it’s been wonderful. The staff is great and they do a very good job. With all of the pollen this year, my car has been a mess! This has definitely been a useful addition!

(March 17, 2023, 2:22 pm)Went in for just an express wash. I had a personalized magnetic license plate on my car that I forgot to remove before going through the wash. I noticed later on it was missing and called called the number on the receipt to ask if anyone found it she told me she would leave note at the elwood location, and someone would contact me. The next day I received a call that it was found and they would hold it for me till I came by again. Thank you for a great wash, and customer service. I will definitely be going back.

(September 1, 2022, 1:19 pm)Recently the car wash I went to for years closed so I started searching for a new car wash and came across personal touch car wash in Elwood. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The manager at the car wash who I believe his name is Bruce was extremely nice and a pleasure to speak with. They did a fabulous job detailing my car and I will continue to go there. Anyone who is as picky as I am when it comes to taking care of their car should give personal touch a shot. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Thank you again for doing such a great job on my car.
