  I love your Mail Order Pharmacy. It's so much better than going to Walmart to standing in sometimes long lines only to find out they don't have everything ready!!

  I never really thought about receiving medication through the mail I always thought that it was a gimmick or something because you cannot trust everything but when I start receiving it due to talking to the young lady that help me sign up for the program I love it they keep in contact with me they talk to me they get the information that they need I try to get the information that they need if they need any just dealing with the prescription alone for refills they do everything and I really do appreciate that keep up the good work and thank you so much

  PersonalRX is great! They provide a very customized service you can't find anywhere else. I work with one pharmacy technician (Sonja, who is AH-MAZING!) so she knows me... no more walking into Walgreens and getting mistreated at by a different person behind the counter every time you go.
  
  PersonalRX package my meds in bottles, blister packs, and strips depending on the time of day I take my medications. Sonja works with me every month to tackle how I want my medications packaged and to see if anything has changed.
  
  If I need anything during the month, anyone there is just a call, text, or email away!
  
  Highly recommended.

  Wonderful customer service - they are solving a big problem for my mom who is 79, has multiple medications, and is recovering from surgery. Lifesaver!

  I spoke with Zoe today. She was incredibly sweet and kind! She made me feel like she was there to help me and not that I was a burden. She updated all information and made suggestions that would greatly benefit me. She took her time to be efficient, but was very friendly, sweet, down to earth and even made me laugh. I surely hope Zoe C. will get kudos and I hope others can learn excellent customer service from her!!!
