  We called Perry Plumbing for a couple jobs in our newly purchased home. John was professional, knowledgeable and friendly right from the start. He helped out with unexpected hiccups along the way, even connecting us with an electrician needed at the last minute (being new to the area, this was much appreciated). Would absolutely recommend!   GREAT service and VERY responsive! Johnny has done several projects at our house, always explaining to us our options vs cost and educating us on what he is doing and why. When we found a leak late at night, Johnny willingly FaceTimed us to walk us through what to do and came the next morning first thing to fix! Johnny is very friendly and a true professional.

  Mine was a smaller job, but Johnny offered excellent advice on which faucet would best suit my needs while staying in budget. He was professional, prompt and pleasant.

  John did all the plumbing work for a brand new bathroom in my 3rd floor. The house is from 1927 and so the job wasn't straightforward at all and did a tremendous job: efficient, conscientious, excellent communication, showed up when he said he would and got the work done. Hands down the best contractor I've used for this remodel. Wish they were all like him. He's a pro and a great guy to boot.

  John was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. When we saw a leak begin to collect in our living room ceiling we started to panic. John made time that day to come out, inspect, diagnose, and make sure the problem didn't get any worse. He took the time to show and explain to me everything that was going on, and the best way to go about the repair. He got the job finished in a couple hours the next morning, so we didn't go long without our bathroom.
  
  He's since been back to install new water lines for our refrigerator. I'd call him for anything. He is knowledgeable, affordable, friendly, and it's clear he takes a lot of pride in his work. Highly recommend.
