  I want to thank the whole team at PPTSM for helping my free up my “frozen shoulder” this spring. I went from an evening seminar about shoulders to getting treatment from Jeremy and Eric. It took a while to get things better but I am now following a set of post discharge instructions at home. I am back on my bike increasing my distance each week in anticipation of doing some biking in PEI and Nova Scotia later this summer.
  
  I certainly benefited from the excellent hands on therapies, but I was also impressed by the cordial yet professional atmosphere with whole team of office staff and other professionals. They like working with each other!

  Performance Physical Therapy is a great place for rehab! I broke my femur in skiing accident and my therapist Eric did a wonderful job putting me back together. He is very kind and patient and knowledgeable. I was able to ride my bike 4 months after accident and waterski 5 months . This season I returned to snow skiing with little restrictions. I highly recommend Performance and Eric!

  Incredibly pleased with my results at Performance Physical Therapy in Hebron! The physical therapists there are skilled, professional and knowledgeable. I can now sleep and am pain free after a shoulder injury.

  I couldn’t have been more pleased with the attention I received post surgery for Lapiplasty at Performance PT especially with Brittany M. When choosing a PT my doctor stated to choose a PT that works with you and just doesn’t send you off to do exercises. I’ve had the latter which is why I didn’t choose the PT practice I had in the past. I believe my recovery has been successful due to the regimen and attention I received at Performance and highly recommend their services. If/when I have surgery on my other foot, I have no hesitation for where I will choose to go after.
