  The most important thing about a martial arts school isn't necessarily it's style. The most important thing to me is the instructor of the school. Performance Krav Maga has some of the best instructors
  I've ever seen, they're EXCELLENT with kids, and it was a privilege to have been able to see them teach my 9 year old son!

  I have only taken Greg's Krav Maga class twice, but I already know it is something that I am going to stick with. Being a woman, I am always apprehensive to go places alone, but I love traveling and exploring new places, which I often have to do unaccompanied. Greg's class is teaching me to be strong, confident, and protect myself in situations where I do not have the strength of numbers to protect me. I hate going to the gym and usually prefer more low key physical activity like yoga and running, but Krav Maga has really hit the spot with me! Its an amazing workout, and I can feel sore muscles from my shoulders to ankles. I would highly recommend Greg's Krav Maga class to anyone who is considering it. Ladies, don't be afraid and think this class is only for guys...its just as, if not more important for you to learn to protect yourself!

  I have always wanted to learn self defense. I recently got a JCC membership as a gift and saw Krav Maga listed on the schedule and thought it would be interesting. I had no idea what to expect. After my first class, however, I was in love. I literally felt the power coursing through my body. Greg is a fantastic instructor and went slow enough that I was able to take in all of the moves he was teaching and remember them. Every week I am busy with work, cross country practice, summer assignments. The light at the end of the tunnel is knowing that I will have lots of fun at Krav Maga on Saturday.

  I have only trained in Krav Maga for around two and a half months now. I have found both the program and instructor, Greg Dziewonski, very helpful and resourceful. Each week I feel my skills have improved. The following are some techniques that we are working on: basic punches, kicks, and elbows, blocks and other defensive techniques, defense against knives, firearms, and other weapons, and many more. Also, Krav Maga gets you in great shape and is a wonderful full-body workout. . If you are debating whether or not to try Krav Maga, I would strongly encourage you to take the class as it many benefit you later in life.

  I have Been training in Krav Maga for about a year now. Training under several different Instructors. My personal opinion Greg Dziewonski the National Director and head Instructor at JCC has one of the best programs around He focuses on form and technique not just force. He has taught me so much in just a few months. He is a Inspiration to all, and a Excellent Mentor
