  I was told there wasn't an 8:10am spot when I made the appt, but they called me the same day to see if I would take a later time or earlier. I took 7:30am and got there first thing that morning and they took me right away. Problem was fairly simple, plug the rear left tire, nail in tread.
  
  I waited 2.5 hours and i was first in line. and got charged 50 bucks to plug the tire. While i am most satisfied with the way the Buick customer service lady handled herself, I am dissatisfied with the level of quickness that from my experiences with multiple dealerships a plug should take 30 min max.

  All was perfect.. from driving into service, no waiting, staff superb handling, courteous , professional & personable. Bathrooms & waiting areas were spotless. I like the idea of washing & vacuuming car & appreciate Matt reconnecting my phone to car. Thank you all.

  Went to this dealership after my trip to the other one fell through. I was skeptical at first because of my experience on the previous dealership. However as I went along I realized how different their customer service is. My salesman Brian Arias was open in everything I asked. The negotiation was probably the smoothest I've seen. The pricing was the best that I didn't see any funky add on fees you'd normally see in this type of business. I negotiated the car price down a bit and they agreed and the rest is history. I highly recommend this place and will probably come here again if I'm in the market for another vehicle.

  I went with my sister to trade in her car, we worked with Brian Arias he was very patient, understanding of her financial needs and eager to help her. He made the whole experience pleasant. He was very knowledgeable of the car she was considering and was able to find the equipment and color she wanted. He went over all the details of the car and showed her how to activate onstar and pointed out all the wonderful safety features and how they work. She was beyond thrilled and very grateful that this usually time consuming and at times painful process ended up being a straightforward successful buying experience. I am eager for my trade in time to work with Brian myself.The Manager Dave was also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Brian at Miller Buick for your next car lease or purchase.
