  After having a horrible experience at another local shoe repair, I was devastated that my expensive shoes were ruined.
  I brought 3 pairs of shoes to Perfect Shoes Plus to fix the prior repair, praying they could fix them. I am thrilled with the work they did for me! They were accommodating, professional and saved my shoes for me! I will never take my shoes anywhere else, they have a customer for life. If you need shoe repair, this is the only place to go! Thank-you so much! I am a 100% satisfied customer 😃

  I highly recommend Perfect Shoe Plus. I had a pair of well-worn beloved shoes that I've had for years and I thought they could never be repaired. To my pleasant surprise, Lori did her magic and I'm able to wear them again. The courteous service and professional expertise along with fair pricing make this my go to place for leather repair.   I cannot praise Lori and Adam enough. They are kind, caring and very talented at what they each do. They take the time to get to know you and understand your needs. They do not overcharge and will tell you honestly if it can’t be done.
  My daughter who is handicapped, needed sandals to be modified to fit over her foot brace for a wedding she was in.
  Lori went above and beyond to make it work for her. We have gone back many times for other modifications and repairs.
  Sometimes we just stop in to say”Hi” 😊
  They feel like family to us now❤️
  My family always jokes about the fact that we are always going to see the cobbler!
  They are the best at what they do . We will forever be thankful for all their help and compassion.

  If I could give more stars to review I would!!!! I brought my 30 year old wedding shoes to Lori in December 2017. My daughter had always wished to wear my wedding shoes for her upcoming June 2018 wedding. I wanted to surprise her at her bridal shower. The condition of my shoes were Yellow, dry rotted, hard, basically falling apart. I showed Lori, expecting to be rejected as I had from a previous cobbler. Lori examined the shoes, expressed that they were going to be quite the challenge, but because she loved and admired the fact that my daughter wanted to walk down the isle in the shoes I wore, with the chance that they would represent a long lasting marriage that her dad & I still have , she was going to do anything in her power to make it happen. She was truly touched. Lori impressed me so much that she would consider to even give it a try to make it happen. And yes!!! she made it happen!!!! Even better than what I anticipated. The photo below shows the unbelievable work that Lori did. She took her time, kept me updated constantly via texting and calls. The shoes were done in plenty of time for my daughters shower in May. Not only did they look brand new, but my daughter wore them from the beginning of the day until the end with no pain and nothing coming apart. I cannot sing the praises enough of Lori & staff at this establishment. They are pure professionals that truly care for their customers. The price of the shoes were amazingly reasonable. Loris time alone spent to make this happen, was far beyond my expectations. Lori, again, we cannot thank you enough, and maybe one day I'll have a beautiful granddaughter who will be able to wear her Grandmothers shoes as SHE walks down the isle....
