  I have tried other mental health professionals but never really connected with anyone or felt like I was making progress — until I matched with Lindsey. Over the last 6 months, Lindsey has helped identify areas of growth that I couldn’t even recognize, and has given me simple yet effective solutions for improving my mental health. I’m incredibly grateful to have gotten to know Lindsey, and for her help in growing into a better version of myself.

  Lindsey really helped me cope with a lot of issues in my life. I am so appreciative of her advice and she really helped me think in a more positive way. She’s a great listener. And she remembers what you tell her. She has very sound advice. It’s like she knows what I’m going to say before I say it. I never feel judged and her response timing is great. Definitely glad I gave this a try. Thank you!!!

  Lindsey is a phenomenal therapist! She provides a welcoming atmosphere and you will feel comfortable from the moment you step into her office. Never a bad experience!

  Lindsey is very professional and provides a safe comfortable environment for clients. She takes her time, and makes sure she does what is necessary to assure her clients get the best care possible. Highly recommended!
